Master Services Agreement

This is a placeholder Master Services Agreement (MSA) for Tarvec. It will be replaced with final, counsel-reviewed legal text before public launch.

This MSA governs the ongoing relationship between Tarvec and agencies or direct customers who order white-label off-page SEO services (link placements, press placements, and foundation citations) through the platform, including scope of work, service levels, confidentiality, and liability terms.

Individual orders placed through Tarvec are governed by this agreement together with the plan and pricing terms presented at the time of order.
